Los reductores de velocidad Amarillo Serie "A" Doble Reducción para torres de enfriamiento están diseñados como reemplazos directos para los reductores en ángulo recto marca Marley®. Dado que no existen diferencias en las dimensiones críticas de montaje, la Serie "A" hará que sean fáciles los reemplazos de los reductores Marley®. Los puntos de anclaje son idénticos, eliminando costosas modificaciones al soporte que recibe al reductor.
Los diámetros de eje de entrada y cuñero son los mismos, por lo que los acoplamientos existentes y ejes de transmisión no tienen que ser reemplazados. Todos los puertos de servicio también son fácilmente accesibles. Las relaciones de velocidad están dentro de ±2% respecto de las relaciones de los reductores Marley®, eliminando la necesidad de hacer ajustes costosos.

Todas las relaciones de velocidad que se muestran en el catálogo son de reducción y se definen como la razón que hay de la velocidad de entrada respecto a la velocidad de salida. Las relaciones mostradas son exactas dentro de ±2%. Para su modelo y relación particular, por favor contacte a la fábrica para confirmar la selección y disponibilidad.
AGMA y CTI recomiendan un Factor de Servicio mínimo de 2.0 para reductores en torres de enfriamiento impulsadas por motores eléctricos o turbinas de vapor. Todas las capacidades son capacidades de servicio e incluyen un Factor de Servicio de 2.0 a menos que se indique lo contrario. Las capacidades mostradas en el catálogo son para velocidades de motores eléctricos de 60 ciclos. Las capacidades enb velocidades inferiores a 1,750 rpm son proporcionales a la velocidad nominal. Contacte con la fábrica para obtener recomendaciones cuando la velocidad del motor impulsor excede 1,800 rpm o cae por debajo de 450 rpm.
La rotación normal es con ejes girando en sentido de las manecillas del reloj como se muestra en el catálogo. El uso ocasional con ambos ejes de rotación en sentido contra reloj se permite, excepto cuando está equipado con nuestro sistema de no-reversa opcional.
Toda la Serie "A" de Reductores de Doble Reducción marca Amarillo pueden ser suministrados, a través de una solicitud, con un eje de salida cilíndrico (no cónico). Por favor, póngase en contacto con la fábrica para verificar precios y disponibilidad.
Marley® normalmente ofrece varias longitudes de eje de salida para y al menos dos diferentes conicidades (1/2" por pie y 3-1/2" por pie) en sus modelos de doble reducción. Si usted no sabe qué eje de salida tiene su reductor, por favor complete la siguiente hoja de trabajo y contacte a Reductores de México S.A. para ofrecerle una selección y proporcionar un dibujo dimensional certificado del equipo existente. Podemos suministrar un dibujo dimensional de un Reductor Amarillo Serie "A" con las dimensiones del eje de transmisión adecuadas si este se solicita con anticipación.

Reductores de México S.A. puede equipar su reductor Serie "A" con un sistema antirretorno o no-reversa, interruptor de bajo nivel de aceite, calentadores y termostato de aceite, aceite sintético, válvulas de drenaje, etc.
Unless otherwise provided with the particular Goods, Seller warrants to Buyer that the Amarillo Right Angle Fan Drive, Amarillo Parallel Shaft Gear Drive, and the Amarillo Gear Composite Drive Shaft (whether new or renewed) will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period ending on the earlier to occur twelve months from the date of installation or eighteen months from the date of shipment from Seller’s factory. Seller warrants to Buyer that the Amarillo Right Angle Pump Drive (new) will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period ending on the earlier to occur of twenty four months from date of installation or thirty months from date of shipment from Seller’s factory. All other products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period ending 12 months from ship date. This Limited Warranty shall be void if the Goods are not installed, operated, serviced and maintained in accordance with Seller’s published instructions for the Goods in effect from time to time or if transmitted loads are not within the published limits for the Goods. In addition, this Limited Warranty shall be void if the Goods are is in any way subjected to: (i) improper storage; (ii) accident, damage, abuse or misuse; (iii) abnormal operating conditions or applications; or (iv) repair or modification by Buyer or any third party without the prior written consent of Seller. Any contract created between the Seller and Buyer is subject to the specific condition that Seller is not obligated to provide insurance, defend and/or indemnify any person or entity other than as provided in Section 12 (Terms and Conditions of Sale) and that there are no flow-downs from the federal government that become part of the contract.
With respect to any defect in material or workmanship covered by this Limited Warranty, if Buyer notifies Seller of such defect in writing within the warranty period, Seller will, at its sole option, (i) with respect to New Goods, either repair or replace any such defective Goods or part thereof, or (ii) with respect to Renewed Goods, repair or re-perform the defective services or part thereof. This shall be Buyer’s exclusive remedy. Any claims not made within the warranty period are deemed waived by Buyer. Before returning any Goods or part hereunder, Buyer must contact Seller for a Return Goods Authorization number and to arrange for transportation. Seller will not pay any transportation costs incurred without its prior written approval.
In no event will Seller be liable, whether in tort, contract or otherwise, for any bodily injury, death, or property damage resulting from or in any way arising out of any Goods or their sale, use, renewal or manufacture. Seller shall not be liable for any costs for removal, shipping or re-installation of the Goods. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER LOSSES OR EXPENSES.
No change in any provision in this Limited Warranty may be made without the prior written agreement of an authorized officer of Seller.
THIS IS THE SELLER’S ONLY WARRANTY. SELLER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED BY SELLER. ALL SALES ARE SUBJECT TO AMARILLO’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE.
